Chef?



You know, I’ve always wanted to be a dermatologist.

However, over the past 2 years, when both my parents were coming home late, I was in charge of cooking the dinners. I’ve always had a nack for cooking.

Anywho, over the past 2 years, I’ve managed to acquire some skills in preparing dishes. Now, I can bake a cake (icing included), create mouthwatering icecream, Chinese, European roasts, Japanese and Korean dishes.

Why did I even bother? Well I have 2 hardworking parents and one picky sister, I can’t make the SAME thing everyday for the past 2 years, otherwise they’d even think the old fashioned pies and sausage rolls are better then my food.

So I seeked many recipes from the internet and cook books. Now I can cook basically anything so long as you give me a bunch of ingredients on the table. Maybe I should even enter a cook-off. :-P

So now, I am again lost about what I want to be. Maybe I should just cook as a hobby, afterall everyone loves guys who cook. :-P
